Fleurty proudly carries Green Under Glass a collection of little living pieces of art designed by artist Kat Geiger. She began creating terrariums and other indoor landscaping after moving to an apartment with no outdoor space in 2001. The rest, as they say is history. Almost three years later, her terrarium studio has exploded and earned its very own title, "Green Under Glass."
"I kill all my plants." At Fleurty we hear this confession time and time again from our customers. Usually paired with a look of defeat, they admit to sunlight over exposure, or under watering or drowning the plants that they previously owned. This is why a terrarium is a wonderful baby step towards feeling like you've got a green thumb...or maybe a light green pinky.
Perfect for a cubicle space these little creations, many of which are made in recycled bottles, are easy to care for. Most just need a spritz of water once a week or once a month. The easiest type only requires that you keep moss hydrated. Everyone can enjoy a little Green Under Glass!
